Y10 Pupil William Stedman is continuing his dominance of the Para Athletic scene with a string of outstanding performances in national and international competitions.
William recently returned from Cairns, Australia, where he competed in the Oceania Championships: he took home three Gold medals and a Silver, setting 3 New Zealand Records and qualifying for the IPC World Championships in the process.
Currently William is ranked 3rd in the 400m, 4th in the Long Jump and 6th in the 200m in the 2015 IPC World Rankings and is working hard in preparation for the IPC World Championships in Doha this October.
We are very proud of William, not only for his fantastic achievements but also for the way he conducts himself with humility and class at all times.
