How to apply

Step 1

Before you begin please ensure you have the following ready to upload

  1. Copy of birth certificate
  2. Copy of passport and, where relevant, immigration visa documents
  3. Any relevant court orders
  4. Proof of address ie household bill – electricity, gas, insurance
    (not a Council rates bill)

You must attach all necessary documents to validate eligibility to enrol at a New Zealand school.

Step 2

Complete and submit the online enrolment form. If you have any questions email enrolments@middleton.school.nz

New Entrant applications

  • If your child turns 5 on or before 21 November 2027, apply now, during this year’s enrolment season (2027 start)
  • If your child turns 5 between 22 November 2027 and 21 November 2028, apply during next year’s enrolment season (2028 start)
