How to apply

Step 1

Before you begin please ensure you have the following ready to upload
NB: If your child turns 5 after 21 November 2026 you must apply next year

  1. Copy of birth certificate
  2. Copy of passport or immigration visa documents
  3. Any relevant court orders
  4. Proof of address ie household bill – electricity, gas, insurance
    (not a Council rates bill)

You must attach all necessary documents to validate eligibility to enrol at a New Zealand school.

Step 2

Complete and submit the online enrolment form. If you have any questions email enrolments@middleton.school.nz
