Yesterday, 7 May 2020, the Prime Minister announced what Alert Level 2 will look like when we move to it. She advised that in Alert Level 2 schools will be open as they are safe environments for children, young people and staff, and that additional public health control measures are in place to prevent the spread of disease and to support contact tracing.
